NeumannConsult offers specialised knowledge in urban, regional and tourism development as well as accessibility and Design for All. NeumannConsult, as a spin-off of the Department of Geography at the University of Münster, can rely on an over ten-year experience to handle with practical consultation, trainings, and research assignment. Until the end of 2002, NeumannConsult was supported by the Ministry for Science and Research of North-Rhine-Westphalia.

We offer the following practical consultancy services:
•     Compiling of analyses, studies and concepts as well as operational guidelines
•     Presentations, workshops and project management
•     Training courses and individual seminars 

The team of NeumannConsult is project-oriented supported by a number of freelancers who have widespread experience. We multidisciplinary cooperate with acknowledged experts from all over Europe. This network allows us, to offer our principals qualified and custom made solutions. 

Director of NeumannConsult is Peter Neumann. He is a former associate of the Institute for Geography and directing manager of the Research Centre “centre for applied spatial analysis - casa" at the University of Münster. Peter Neumann is President of the European Institute Design for All in Germany (EDAD) and board member of EIDD- Design for All Europe. He is an expert of the German DIN CERTCO Expert-Group in the specific field of “barrier-free plannings, buildings and products” (Register-number G031), moreover member of the “ECA Expert- Group” (European Concept for Accessibility Network), of AGD- Alliance of German Designers  and of ENAT - European Network for Accessible Tourism. In 2003 he was member of the "European Commission Expert Working Group on Accessibility". Last but not least he is lecturer at the Department of Geography at the University of Münster and visiting lecturer at the University of Lund (Sweden) and at the University of Perugia (Italy).
